Third annual turkey hunt where ten mentees of color (with ten mentors) from across NY state will learn how to hunt turkeys. Mentees will hunt with shotguns for wild turkey, learn hunting ethics, learn camping and outdoor skills, clean and process harvested turkey, meet other local hunters and learn how to hunt turkey.

Required (prior to hunt):
Take and complete NY hunter safety course
Purchase current NY hunting license and turkey tags
Ability to attend for the entire event (noon on Friday through 3pm on Sunday)
