Our "Made-to-Order" Model
At Kinfolk Hunting Collective, we are committed to ensuring that every dollar possible goes directly toward our mission of increasing equity and inclusivity in outdoor recreation. To maximize our impact and minimize waste, we do not hold inventory.
Instead, every item you order is custom-printed specifically for you. Because of this custom production process, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size or color ordered.
Change of mind.
Incorrect shipping address provided.
Sizing Tips: Since we cannot offer exchanges for sizing, we strongly recommend checking the size guide provided on each product page before ordering. The safest bet is to measure a shirt you own that fits well and compare those measurements to the chart.
Damaged or Defective Items While we can’t accept returns for sizing, we absolutely stand by the quality of our gear. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right at no cost to you.
How to Report an Issue:
Email us at info@kinfolkhunting.org within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your Order Number in the subject line.
Attach a clear photo of the damage or defect.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us! We will work with our printing partner to get a replacement sent out. Please note that if the tracking information states an order was delivered, we cannot take responsibility for that order, but we will do our best to help you locate it.
